Ordering

In some cases, we need information from you when you buy a product online, so that we can process your purchase in our administration. Or if we want to send you an invoice, you place a pre-order, or just want to stay informed about our stock. Of course, we only do this after you indicate that we may keep you informed.

What do we need from you?

  • Title, first name and surname
    We put your title, first name and surname on the invoice. We also use this for the delivery address.
  • Address and place of residence
    We also put your address and place of residence on the invoice. We also use this as a delivery address. You can no longer adjust your invoice afterwards.
  • Phone number
    We use your phone number to send you a message about your order or our stock. Is something unclear? Then we'll call you. Sometimes we also call to ask if everything went well. We will not call you just like that.
  • Payment details and invoice
    We use a secure payment environment. When you pay with iDeal or via bank transfer, your data is stored in our administration to link the payment to your order. We only use your bank account number when you get money back from us. When you pay with a credit card or pay afterwards, we send your credit card or payment details directly to Adyen from our secure environment. They carry out our credit card payments. We do not get to see your credit card details, Adyen only tells us whether your payment has been successful. The following information is stated on our invoice: your first name and surname, address and place of residence, invoice number, customer number and order number. You can no longer adjust the invoice afterwards.
  • IP address
    By remembering the IP addresses of our visitors, we can provide all our customers with a safe shopping experience.
  • Email address
    You will receive an email about your order or invoice, as well as when a product you want to order is back in stock.
  • Article number or EAN number
    After you have placed an order, we record the article number or EAN number of your purchased items in our administration. These numbers are also on your invoice. These are handy identification numbers if you want to use our warranty, for example.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the correct address, on the correct date and at the correct time. For this, we need your details. We pass them on to one of our delivery partners.

What do we need to know from you?

Returns & Warranty

If your item is broken, of course you want it to be repaired as soon as possible. Or you have changed your mind and want to return your product within the cooling-off period. That's also possible. We will repair, replace your product, or refund the money to your account, depending on the warranty.

What information do we need from you?

Reviews & customer satisfaction survey

We consider it important to know if you as a customer are happy with us. That's why we sometimes send an email or message via social media to measure your satisfaction. We like to know what can be improved, and for other customers, it's useful to determine if they want to order their product from us.
For example, we may email you for a customer satisfaction survey about the delivery of your new jeans or to ask how well our customer service handled your complaint. We may also ask you to leave a review of your latest purchase by email. Or you may receive personalized tips and information about products based on your purchases at LTB.

Would you prefer not to receive these emails? No problem. You can adjust your email preferences in My LTB account or unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the emails. If you have any trouble, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Contacting our Customer Service

We help you with questions about your order, solve problems for you, or tell you everything about our latest collections. You can call us, email us, chat with us, DM us, and WhatsApp us. You don't have to tell your story twice because we store every contact via our ticket system and don't forget anything. To handle your question or complaint, we may ask for your order number, name, email address, phone number, and other information that makes the handling easier. To continuously improve our service, we analyze all contact moments. For example, we record a telephone conversation with you for training purposes. Of course, we will let you know in advance. We do not keep the recordings for longer than 30 days.

Account

Great that you have a My LTB account! With this account, you can benefit even more from fun promotions and offers. In your account, we store data from previous orders, returns, email preferences, and personal information. Handy, so you don't have to enter this data again every time.

If you don't have an LTB account, but still want to track the status of your order? No problem, you can directly check the current status of your order via the My Order Status page.

  • Password
    We save your password in secret code. It's so secret that we can't even see what your password is. The code checks if your password is correct when you log in.
  • Order number
    We can find out what you ordered from us using your order number. You may need this number when you contact us.
  • Return number
    With this number we register your return and keep track of its status. This allows you to see if your return has been processed.
  • Invoice
    Our invoices include the following information: first and last name, address and place of residence, invoice number, customer number, and order number. The invoice cannot be modified afterwards.

Newsletter & Email

We send you different types of emails. You will receive emails related to your purchase, such as information about your order, a review request, or tips about your item. In these emails, we use techniques that measure and improve the effectiveness of our services.
In addition, you can sign up for personalized offers and the weekly newsletter. The personalized offers are sent to you occasionally and are based on your purchases at LTB and the preferences you have provided. The content of the newsletter is personalized based on your purchases and the products you have viewed on our website. We only send you personalized offers and newsletters with your permission. If you prefer not to receive newsletters anymore, unsubscribing is easy: through the link at the bottom of the email, your My LTB account, or through customer service.

Promotions

If you participate in an LTB promotion, you leave your name, telephone number, and email address. You will then hear from us if you have won. We also use this data to analyze our promotions. This makes them even more fun every time.

Social Media

You can tweet, Facebook, DM, and chat with us. You can also watch our videos on TikTok and Youtube or like our posts and reels on Instagram and Facebook. We show you useful advertisements on social media about our latest collections or offers based on your interests. This does indeed happen with cookies. We never directly share our customer database with Facebook or Twitter.

The LTB App

LTB has its own app, so you always have us at hand. By downloading our app, you agree to the terms and conditions. You can also find this privacy policy in the App Store and Play Store. When you download the app, we register your IP address and information about how you use the app. Apple and Google register aggregated demographic data from our total user group.
In our app, you can find and order all of our products. If you log into My LTB account, we can show you relevant offers and advertisements. You can also find an overview of all your orders in your My LTB account.
We check in which country and in which language you use our app, so that we can show you the right assortment. If you are logged in to our app, we can show you relevant offers and advertisements. Cookies are also placed within our app when you use it. They are purely functional: based on the data, we can improve the app more and more. And the cookies remember the contents of your shopping cart and ensure that you stay logged in so that you do not have to start over every time.
