Do I have a guarantee on my items?

Of course! At LTB Jeans, we strive to create great fashion at the best price and in a sustainable way. All our products are developed with care and attention to the people who make them and to the environment.

We guarantee that our clothing is in good condition and will continue to function as expected under normal use, this is the legal guarantee.
As long as you only use your jeans for wearing as intended, rather than as a rag, regular use should be fine.
If not, we will look for a good solution. If the items you purchased have defects, such as obvious material or manufacturing defects in the items we supplied, including transport damage, you can notify us immediately by returning the goods along with the pre-printed return form. Depending on your item or complaint, we will arrange a new item or you will receive a refund.

I have a complaint about an item, what now?

If you buy an item from us, you can expect to receive a good item. If there is something wrong with your item, we will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.
If you have received an item with damage, are incomplete or it is broken within 14 days, report it as a complaint about the item. After reporting, we will inform you as soon as possible about how we can solve your complaint.
If your item has broken down after the first 14 days, report it as a complaint too. Does your item meet the warranty conditions? Then the item will be repaired for free, you will receive a new item, or you will get your money back. If the item no longer meets the warranty conditions or you have used the item normally and it has simply worn out, you are not entitled to a guarantee.

Where can I find my warranty certificate?

Your invoice or proof of purchase is also your warranty certificate. We store your invoice in your online account when you place an order through our website. So you will never lose it.
If you have ordered without an account, send an email to [email protected] and mention your order number, the item, and the email address you used to place the order. Then we will send you the original invoice by email.

Did you purchase an article from LTB Jeans through an external seller?

If so, please refer to the website or store where you made the purchase or contact the seller directly. Since you entered into a purchase agreement with that person, they are the one who can assist you.

LTB Jeans offers a legal warranty of 2 years on all items. If a purchased item does not meet reasonable expectations, please file a claim. We will work together to find a solution.

Situations where we do not have to provide a warranty:

  • - Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use
  • - Excessive sweating
  • - Discoloration and staining of clothing
  • - Pilling of clothing
  • - Defects caused by washing or drying
  • - Wear on swimwear or beachwear
  • - Defects caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals
  • - Defects in water and wind resistance of clothing, unless specifically stated in the product description on our webshop
  • - Items that cause physical discomfort, such as sweating or blisters due to the design.
