How quickly do you deliver?

If you order before 1:00 PM on working days, you will usually receive your order the next day.
Nothing is more important than delivery time. We do everything we can to keep the promised delivery time. If we are unable to meet the promised delivery time, we will inform you. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace for the most up-to-date information.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is always free for any order over €50. For orders below €50, we charge €3.95 for shipping.

How can I track my order?

As soon as you have placed an order, you can track your order from the warehouse to the delivery address you have chosen. Go to My Orders and then to 'order details'. Here you can track your order. Did you order without an account? Then you can track your order here.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email from our carrier with Track & Trace information where you can also track the current status of your order.

Who delivers my orders?

Colissimo delivers all our orders in the France.

What delivery services do you offer?

We offer the following delivery options:

  • At home, at work or at another address. Whatever suits you best.
  • At a Colissimo collection point, so you can pick up your package at a time that suits you.

Sometimes there are exceptions to our shipments. We've listed them below:

  • If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, you'll receive it on Wednesday.
  • If we're too busy, we adjust our delivery times. This may happen around holidays.
  • We don't deliver on official holidays.

How does returns work?

We think it's important that you can take your time to try on all your items. If your item isn't a good match, you can return it to us for free within the 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive your item(s).

Do you want to return an item? No problem.
Your package includes a return form and a return label. Follow the instructions on the return form and we'll make sure to refund your money as soon as we receive your return.

When returning an item(s), please make sure the item is in its original packaging (as far as possible), the clothing hasn't been worn, and all labels are still attached.

I don't have the return label anymore. What should I do?

If you no longer have the return label that was included with your order, or if it was not included, you can request a new return label by contacting us directly by email at [email protected] or by phone at +31 (0)10 5211071. We will send the new label to you via email.

Is returning items free?

Yes, in most cases, returning items is free. As long as you return your item(s) within the 14-day return period, it is free.

How will I know if you have received my return?

When you drop off your return at a Colissimo point, you will receive a receipt. With this receipt, you can easily track your return shipment on the Colissimo website. Be sure to keep this receipt.

In addition, you can view the status of your order in your account under My Orders, including when the return has been received. If you placed an order without creating an account, you can check the current status of your order here.

When will I receive a refund for my return?

You will receive your money back within 7 days

If you have already paid for your order and you return an item, we will refund you as soon as possible. This will happen within 7 days at the latest. It may take a few days for your return to be delivered to us by Colissimo. Once we receive your return, we will ensure that the money is back in your account within 2 days.

If you use Klarna to pay after receiving your order and you return the item within 14 days, you do not need to do anything further. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that your outstanding payment to Klarna is automatically stopped. If you paid €3.95 for delivery, you will also receive a refund for the delivery costs if you returned the entire order.

Why am I receiving a payment reminder for my return?

Don't worry! Processing a returned item takes an average of 7 days. In some cases, it may take slightly longer, which is why you may have received a payment reminder for this item in the meantime. You can ignore this reminder.

If you have chosen to pay later, you only have to pay for the items you keep.

If you have already paid, we will refund you as soon as possible after the return is processed.

Can I exchange items?

You cannot exchange items. Exchanging is the same as returning at our store. Therefore, you can return the item and order a new one.
